We have an extensive capital markets and securities practice, representing issuers, initial purchasers, and placement agents in connection with offerings of securities and stock exchange listings, covering equity, debt, and hybrid securities offerings.  This includes registered public offerings, Rule 144A offerings, private placements, and public merger and acquisition transactions.  We advise issuers, officers, directors, and shareholders with respect to general securities law compliance, and their reporting and other obligations under the U.S. securities laws.
