M. Todd McDonald was most recently a partner in the Orange County, California office of KPMG, one of the largest professional services firms in the world and one of the Big Four auditors.  Mr. McDonald was a member of KPMG’s Information, Communications, and Entertainment Practice.

Mr. McDonald’s experience includes internationally recognized publicly-traded and privately-held companies in the technology and food service sectors, including Emulex Corporation, CKE Restaurants, D-Link, Gateway, eCompany, QLogic Corporation, MSC.Software, Mitsubishi Electric, Sage Software, Fabrik, Litronic, Micro General Corporation, MTI Technology, Optum Software, and TDK Semiconductor.  He has extensive experience in initial public offerings, debt offerings, spin-offs, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as with a myriad of audit issues in public accounting.

Mr. McDonald is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
